M.E.D. Surgical Ltd. was formed as a consequence of the “Laparoscopic Surgery revolution”. In January 1993 M.E.D. was established as an Irish distributor company specialising in Operating Room products. 2006 sales were $16m, 2007 $18.6m and 2008 $21m.

M.E.D. has a dedicated philosophy of customer service excellence and are passionate at carrying this through. The company operates in both N.Ireland and Republic of Ireland. There are an in-house compliment nine staff and twelve (12) sales specialists. In September 2004 M.E.D. moved to a new purpose-built warehouse / office complex and recently heavily invested in upgrading the company I.T. systems. We achieved ISO 9002 in May 1997. (revised standard ISO9001: 2000 received March 2003).
